Our family recently asked Pauline to cater a special dinner for a golden wedding anniversary celebration in the Highlands. In spite of some challenging circumstances (a thunderstorm had triggered a power and water outage!), she handled everything with absolute calm and professionalism. The canapés and 3 course dinner were delicious and exquisitely presented. The table looked beautiful and the personalised menus were a lovely thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!
