❣ What type of catering do you provide?

Fully catered single & multiple day retreats including breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks, meal prep, dinner parties, special occasions & corporate events. Please get in touch with your requirements and we’ll see what we can do to help!

We offer a range of dining options from family style plates of food for people to share around the table to fancy 3 course meals to canapés and buffet style platters. We will work with you to tailor the perfect style menu for your event.

❣ What cuisine do you specialise in?

Simple answer, we don’t! We aim to source great local produce and support the businesses around Scotland doing fabulous things but put our own flare on flavour! We’re happy to cook up any cuisine you fancy from traditional Scottish to mediterranean mezze vibes to mexican tacos or indian curries. If there is anything specific you would like, please feel free to ask and we’ll see what we can do.

❣ Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! As long as allergens/dietary requirements have been confirmed in advance (minimum 2 weeks), we can ensure they will be catered for!

❣ Do you provide both food and drink?

Yes! Drinks can be incorporated in to the pricing for your event. Whether it’s simply soft drinks, tea & coffee or cocktails/mocktails or unique wines. You may be looking for something a bit special to pair with your menu - we have you covered!

❣ Can you work in any kitchen?

Yes. we prefer to work in an open kitchen where guests can come and go as they please and see me working away. We foster an open door policy and enjoy chatting away to guests and sharing our passion. The kitchen will need to include preparation, cooking and plating space with cooking facilities as we don’t have mobile facilities at the moment. A dishwasher would be also be preferable.

❣ Where can you travel to?

At the moment, we are happy to travel anywhere in the UK however, travel expenses will need to be covered (car mileage dependent).

We have ventured overseas to both Germany, Portugal & Spain so it’s always open to discussion.

❣ Do you require a site visit?

Yes! We would prefer to check out the place we will be working but it is not mandatory. It’s always helpful to see the cooking/preparation amenities and crockery available so if you do have this information to hand, it would be appreciated.

❣ How do I book paulipocketeats?

Email via the contact page, WhatsApp or message on social media.

Happy to discuss your event requirements and once we’re both happy, you can secure your date ion the diary with a 25% deposit.

❣ What are your payment terms?

A 25% deposit is required to secure your retreat date. I’ll invoice two weeks prior to the retreat and request payment of the remaining balance prior to the retreat start date.

❣ Is my deposit refundable?

Your deposit is fully refundable if cancelled with more than 8 weeks notice . I’ll offer a 50% refund if cancelled with 4-8 weeks notice. Your deposit will be non refundable if cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled date.
