Our family recently asked Pauline to cater a special dinner for a golden wedding anniversary celebration in the Highlands. In spite of some challenging circumstances (a thunderstorm had triggered a power and water outage!), she handled everything with absolute calm and professionalism. The canapΓ©s and 3 course dinner were delicious and exquisitely presented. The table looked beautiful and the personalised menus were a lovely thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

I have hosted retreats with Pauline over the past few years and she is absolutely brilliant ! I wouldnβt want to even think about organising an event if she wasnβt involved. Top quality and super professional. The best food Iβve ever had !!!! Could not recommend her enough.
